After graduating from the Dijon Business School with a Masters’ Degree in the Business of Wines and Spirits, Flavien Desoblin moved to NYC and opened the city's "first upscale bar dedicated to spirits." Brandy Library not only serves amazing cocktails and spirits, but has some of the most knowledgeable staff, or as Desoblin likes to call them - "spirit sommeliers."

Tere Fox, Chef & Owner of Rockin’ Raw

New Orleans-born Tere Fox and her Peruvian husband Luis Salgado were studying nutrition when they created a bond and shared a desire to open up a restaurant. Thus, they opened up Rockin' Raw, a restaurant serving vegan and raw dishes influenced by "family favorites" when the couple was growing up.
